      Landmark is a group of fantastic people to work with and there are plenty of opportunities to advance in the organization. There are many employees that have been with the company for more than 10 years! It's a great place to start your career and learn from experienced professionals and a great place to continue your career and share your experiences. The company offers excellent benefits and programs to all employees. Management is always looking for ways to help employees find satisfaction in their work. Great compensation. Great place to learn new skills.

      Landmark is a truly innovative hospitality company with a creative and dynamic approach to the new and traditional challenges in our industry. I am now in my 10th year with the company and really have to say it’s truly exhilarating. There is a strong “can do” culture super focused on each and every guest’s unique experience. The company instituted a generous quarterly bonus program for salaried and hourly employees unheard of in our industry. The commitment to employee retention and growth is amazing . Innovation and originality abound.

      Our extraordinary growth creates huge opportunities but can be challenging to find the right professionals we need to facilitate the growth. Fortunately we have a strong commitment to developing talent from within.
