The current management is only concerned about their salary and incentives and will do everything possible to cut staff salary or give minimum hike even as they receive huge increments. staff and managers are supportive but management is not bothered. Cons: Salary increase very minimal or NIL No prospects of growth Heavy pressure to perform in finance Company in loss and management always give this excuse for not raising salaries No focus on business by management only on cutting cost Decision making very slow. Very bureaucratic organisation. No one wants to take any decision Huge office politics. Top management indulges in lots of politics
