Since my first interview up until this day, I have been shown appreciation for my hard work, and I have been given incredible opportunities for growth in my career as a chef. I had never felt this valued in any company that I’ve worked for before. Landmark has always given me a chance, even when I’ve had physical impediments that negatively impacted my performance. Due to a temporary disability, I had to stop working for 5 months. The CEO, Jeannie, the Senior VP of Culinary, Anthony, the Culinary VP, Christine, and the Culinary Director, Amy, showered me with support, kindness and all the accommodations I needed for my medically conditioned return. I am forever grateful to be part of the Landmark family.

Being part of an expanding company has given me insight to how the restaurant industry works from top to bottom. When i started with the company they were very helpful to my partner and I while we were going through a tough pregnancy and assisted me and taking leave during this time.
