      Pros

      Landmark is an amazing company to work for. They do a great job of making all the employees feel like family. I have been with the company for over 20 years, they love to promote from within, I was able to grow with the company.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is hard to have a good work/life balance. But that is also the nature of hospitality and events.

      Pros

      Great team to work with! Everyone works well together to reach the same goals. Also, the company promotes team building and morale with company parties and outings. This is always appreciated by the staff.

      Pros

      Working out of our corporate office has provided me with cross-departmental exposure to all levels of the business. Landmark is a continuously evolving company with proven success, and with that growth, presents opportunity to learn new skillsets, while using prior career experience to contribute to day-to-day needs, and have agency around broad-spanning initiatives.
