      Big letdown.

      Pros

      Good team structure. Good digital media campaigns (mostly).

      Cons

      Property Managers promoted to Regional Directors because of favoritism keeping long term employees waiting for their turn. In my experience, 'radical candor' only applies to lower level management and not caproate employees. Virtually impossible to balance work and personal life.

      Company is constantly evolving and prides itself on innovative thinking. Company promotes from within when possible and is big on mentoring and growing their teams.

      Cons

      Health care benefit options could be better, but that could be said of most companies today.
