      Pros

      They offer a nice commission for each lease sold, and the company tries to emphasize the importance of teamwork and a work/home life balance.

      Cons

      They emphasize things and do not follow through with them, training is a long video that management does not take seriously, and new staff are left without a set list of what to do or how to do it. Commission systems are not set up properly where employees can see that they are receiving compensation for their hard work.

      Solid Sales Experience and Nice Schedule

      Pros

      Schedule was the same every week, worked well with my college schedule, and the job was not that hard. I got good sales experience and got to work with some good people and residents

      Cons

      Some residents can be challenging to work with. The pay is also really low, but many times you can get a discount to live at the property so that is how they try to compensate for low wages
