The main reason I left my previous employer was a lack of growth. I had hit the ceiling and had nowhere to grow. When I started looking around for other positions, Landmark was very intriguing because of the amount of growth that was discussed. In my year here, I have encountered growth both from a professional level and a personal one. Landmark has been supportive and encouraging in my development. I am very happy and fortunate to work here.

Cons

It is hard to think of a con because everything discussed in my recruitment has been fulfilled. Landmark has met and, in some cases, exceeded my expectations.
