      Growing Company With Opportunities And Growing Pains

      Pros

      The company is growing quickly which is great. In 2020, there were no furloughs, forced PTO, lay-offs, or other employment cost saving methods. Everyone kept their jobs. Additionally, new markets are constantly being expanded into creating tons of new opportunities for advancement. If you're willing to work for an opportunity, Landmark will have one for you.

      Cons

      Growing companies have growing pains. Most team members are newer (<1 year) at almost every site. Additionally, many new positions are at new building or new markets that have new Director Level leadership. People need time to learn and grow. No one is perfect on day 1.
