Can be a fun place to work but not good for long-term

Friendly and casual environment, some sense of loyalty to the company, employees want to see the company succeed, relaxed management

Cons

Lack of training for new employees, lack of involvement or interest from corporate, VERY understaffed, underpaid, very little recognition for hard work, management passing responsibilities off on others, lack of respect from property manager, very little opportunity for advancement, don't seek to promote from within, no structure for pay raises or evaluation, requests for raise completely ignored

Cliquish, good ole boy clubs, and if they don't like you it will almost seem as if they are trying to run you out.
