      Pros

      Landmark Properties offers supportive corporate support (most of the time). Of course, there will always be bad apples that can ruin the bunch, but overall, the people and culture has been acceptable.

      Cons

      Landmark has historically prided itself on the dedication to their people. Now, after being with the company for 2 years, there has been a significant shift where it seems to feel like employees are no longer being heard. Pay is under the market average, and there is no work-life balance. There seems to be increasingly more reasons to leave Landmark than there are to stay.
