      Endless opportunities to advance throughout the company if willing to travel. Hands on training, mentors, and corporate support. Strong reputation in every student housing market and innovative thinking.

      Cons

      Operational management is overwhelming with high expectations and little regional support. Over processed procedures that take valuable time out of an operational day. Large gaps in pay between bonuses and overall salary amongst coworkers with similar responsibilities. Less opportunity for growth unless willing to relocate or travel 75%.
