      Great Company with a Great Culture

      Pros

      I feel valued and heard at Landmark. The company culture and support is very present and I feel I can reach out to anyone for support. Landmark invests in those who work hard which opens up the door to a lot of growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little low compared to other companies, but it does seem like Landmark is making strides to improve on this aspect!

      Pros

      I've been here 4 years and of all the companies I've worked for in my career, this is easily the best and my employment here has been both a huge benefit to me personally and the company overall. We've grown rapidly and anticipate nearly doubling in size over the next 5 years, creating substantial opportunity for new and current employees to advance in their careers. Landmark has an excellent company culture and work ethic, the development team in particular is highly intelligent and committed to their work and there is a strong alignment of company goals with compensation. My role provides an incredible amount of autonomy and flexibility which is best for someone with strong critical thinking and decision making skills.

      Cons

      As we've grown, the amount of processes and procedures has increased. While that's a natural by-product of scaling up, as executives we should be cognizant of the negative impacts of rigid structures.

      Amazing Company Culture & Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      The company culture is fantastic. Monthly company outings, weekly Operations calls with updates, etc. There is also plenty of opportunity for growth and development.

      Cons

      The benefits are sub-par. However, I will say that they asked for feedback from employees and have committed to improving this moving forward.
