Pros

If you're willing to travel and work hard, there can be lots of money to be made. Good learning opportunities and attempts at training programs. Everyone is pretty young (no one over 55 really works there since everyone usually starts in college). This can make onsite culture really fun or really difficult, depending on your team.

Cons

Entry level managers are paid very little unless they relocate or travel. Poor benefits (no 401k matching). Higher level managers will try to pay employees the bare minimum despite working overtime and managing all onsite operations. Poor training programs and follow through. They are deceitful with lenders and ownership groups often, which puts strain on onsite managers.
