Pros
You will not find a better group of people to work with. Most are dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The majority of the employees are working hard to provide a great product.
Cons
It's a burnout culture. Hard work is rewarded with more work, not promotions or pay raises. You're expected to work 50+ hours every week despite being paid for only 40 hours, at below market rate. Key personnel are territorial, roadblocks to operational and process changes that could benefit the entire organization. The owner is an extreme narcissist and is abusive to every employee he works with.
