Pros

Very nice product to sell and wonderful customers!

Cons

Old systems to operate, time constraints on the phone and many customers take a very long time to help, dinged if off phone for longer than 6 minutes, very archaic way of thinking, limited scheduling options, very late nights, and mandatory very long long shifts

Pros

Flexible hours for part time employees, little stress

Cons

Leadership doesn’t have leadership qualities. There is no incentive for working above and beyond, the management is unapproachable, there is no positive reinforcement, only negative reinforcement and negative punishment. Job status is always viewed as more worthy than job ethic and job performance.
