Quantitative benefits, friendly atmosphere, fair managerial process

Cons

I have few downsides to my position except for my awkward schedule which is due to my limited availability

Pros

Diversified position, always something to. Always looked to forward to new product and merchandising to the sales floor.

Cons

Salary on the low side, employee discount was minimal.

Pros

Good salary for retail, great co-workers, great product and return policy, good support from regional managers

Cons

Originally a separate company, then purchased by Sears, then bought back. 200+ stores leasing space from Sears. If a Sears closes so does the LE. In FL there were five profitable stores reduced to one due to Sears stores closing. Management wastes money and has no direction. CEO asked to step down
