Pros

-Great pay for a call center position -Flexible schedule and usually managers worked around school schedule -Opportunity to pick up shifts and work more hours -Leads and and supervisors were very supportive if you didn't understand something. -Fast paced and great for college students

Cons

-Very repetitive calls. Easy but repetitive -Majority of the calls were negative (people call you if they have a problem) -Must be able to compartmentalize work from personal life - A 6-8 hour shift can be very tiring after talking to people all day. (be prepared to bring snacks and energy products) - Since Kmart and Sears are closing down all over the U.S. I can foresee that the "Shop Your Way Reward Program" will not be existing in the next 15-20 years. Do not plan to retire here.
