Pros

Good store hours Work/life balance

Cons

No way to move up. They only have a few retail stores so you are stuck. Over priced merchandise = hard to sell to customers. Upper management was terrible.

There is no commute to work

Cons

They had unreasonable expectations for call center representatives and I drained going to work especially when dealing with rude customers.
