Pros

-Plenty of hours -Coworkers were mostly nice

Cons

-Employees don't receive a stipend or significant discount for clothes (which they are required to wear). It's frustrating because you don't get paid much, and they insist you buy ~layers~ so you can model the latest looks -When I was working, corporate was going through major changes and changing the mangerial structure of the stores, which was frustrating -They never hire enough people to take care of both the register and the floor
