No room for improvement, no emphasis on hiring from with-in for higher level positions.

Pros

The Customers are generally nice and understandable when it comes to conflict steps that happened on our end that we can't control.

Cons

Sometimes the Land's End pull new sales out of nowhere, without letting their stores know, while the customers know more than we do.

loved the people i worked with and for, higher ups on the Lands End side really down to earth and cared.

Cons

its owned by Sears, Sears started taking over more and more of day to day.
