Pros

A company of integrity with products we can be proud of selling. Great customer focused business.

Cons

Schedules have no consistency (not scheduled enough hours),and very little chance to advance to a full-time position . Even as hours are decreased in slow season, employer will sometimes fight unemployment benefits.

Pros

There are very smart, capable and genuine people at Lands' End. Great opportunities to do a variety of work within the BtoB side of the organization. Never a dull moment.

Cons

Direction of the company can be schizophrenic, frustrating and a total waste of money. Systems are a challenge.
