      Pros

      The brand is very well recognized and is very good quality. The Lands End mission and dedication to customer service is really easy to become a part of.

      Cons

      Not a lot of communication between retail stores and upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between the two and it would be extremely beneficial for the input of the retail stores to reach upper management.
