Pros

competitive pay for the area. Most of the people are friendly. employee discounts are available for cars, cell phones and for all of the companies involved with Sears Holdings. They offer lots of programs to keep the employees physically fit.

Cons

They do not offer good benefits to the average person working for them. no bonuses. they hire people then give them one or two days a week once the training is over. They make it nearly impossible to car pool but say they are going green.

Pros

Really great benefits, including a great employee discount, on-site fitness center and back-up day care. Lots of great programs on site, from employee only sales, to family events, to fitness programs or hobby workshops.

Cons

Unless you have a full-time permanent position, it can be hard to get hours when it's not busy, but if it's busy it's easy to pick up extra shifts.
