Pros

Some what of a separate entity from Sears but discount is the same. Can keep occupied with various tasks instead of only doing a single task. Co workers can vary so if you enjoy their company it becomes more enjoyable. Can be very flexible with schedules.

Cons

Some co-workers will not put the same work as others but this is with all occupations. Can receive a lot of returns so you have to be patient.

Pros

Some nice employees. Customer focused. User friendly internet site. Nice volunteer program. 401k & flex programs. Environmentally responsible. Garden and orchard.

Cons

Poor systems & reporting causing conflicting reports and most work to be manual. Lack of communication within organization. No clear career path or development. Many open positions and no intent to hire causing departments to absorb workload. Minimal or no raise even with exceptional job performance. Lack of acknowledgement of achievement. Unproffesional managers. Long work hours expected.
