Pros

I really like that everyday is different. You are always busy either helping customers, updating promos, doing resets, or running the register. You are not confined to just a register. Also, we get to wear anything Lands End instead of black and white like Sears.

Cons

Well, it's retail. You still have those rude customers, and sometimes I really get tired of cleaning up after customers! Constantly having to refold clothes time and time again...
