Pros

Access to gym Flexible hours Great discounts Fun family and community activities Good eateries on site On-site Clinic

Cons

Not all employees are treated equally or fair. Work silos exist. I experienced a lot of tattling from teammates instead of them bringing issues to me. Too much work, not enough staff to get a quality job done. I had a lot of unhappy co-workers.

Pros

Flexibility is great if you need time off on occasion. You receive unpaid hours and earn paid hours based on the hours you work. Most employees are flex employees and do not receive benefits.

Cons

Seems no one can hold to a decision. The plan is always changing to compete in the marketplace. One manager tells you one thing and someone else says something different. No consistancy.
