Pros

They have a best in class activity center. Group exercise classes, equipment, pool, track. Amazing staff to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Great benefits overall.

Cons

Lack of good solid leadership. Very re-active to market trends rather than proactive.

Pros

Sadly, no other small town competition. Period.

Cons

Mgmt seems inept and disorganized at times resulting in poor if any communication which interrupts the ability to complete daily tasks and leads to confusion regarding responsibility and results in a "who's driving the car?" feeling of confusion. Mgmt teams do not communicate or work together cooperatively resulting in a we against them mentality and a loss of effectiveness.
