Pros

Some of the customers are wonderful

Cons

Claiming to be part time working 25hours a week and be available for 1 weekend day. Lands End will work you close to 40hrs a week. 1 break for your whole shift even when working 8hrs. System is very out dated. The job description on there website states 25hours a week but in reality you will work more then 25hrs week. They expect call time between 5:00-6:00mins most calls that is impossible when you have customers actively looking through the catalog or customers who want you to search for items they bought from lands end years ago. They will schedule you to work 6 days straight with one day off.
