Pros

Very employee focused employer. Co workers and leaders are amazing and supportive. Even feedback is delivered in a positive manner. They treat their employees the way they want the customers to be treated.

Cons

If you are a flex rep hours during off peak can be very minimal. But during peak you’ll have almost unlimited amounts of hours to work or pick up hours.
