Pros

Ability to work from home, employee discount, ability for wage increase (between start and leave(2 years) I increased about $2 an hour)

Cons

You are a number at LE, never met a single member of high management in 2+ years, when you worked from home, you might work... you might not. I'd get scheduled anywhere from 4-20 hours and I had to pick up about 20 hours... and be within 15 minutes of home during those 20 hours. And I MIGHT get paid for those.... and I might not. all depended on if they called for home agents or not. Not a joyous experience.

Pros

Opportunity to grow in Canvas environment, as things are still being defined for the brand. Creative people in work environment.

Cons

Having creative, talented people who are unable to update the aesthetic of the brand as well as changing any types of processes to facilitate efficiency. Driving two hours a day from the small city of Madison to the remote town of Dodgeville. Poor upper management that is unqualified and does not harvest growth in their departments. No investment in individual growth or incentives to strive harder to make the brand more relevant. Office is outdated and not conducive for creative thinking. Food is sub par in cafeteria- not many restaurants to dine at besides fast food.
