Pros

A lot of potential Strong heritage and roots Comer Center activities, especially for families Benefits like summer hours and employee discount

Cons

Execution of everything is a disaster Extremely high employee turnover Most employees are doing multiple people's jobs with no appreciation Leadership does what it wants despite data to the contrary No clear strategy Some leaders are truly disrespectful of people/points of view that are different than own Ineffective communication which leads to poor collaboration and execution
