Pros

Great clothes and employee discount. Wonderful co-workers.

Cons

No set weekly schedule; erratic hours: could be asked to come in as early as 6 a.m. for inventory or work late in the evening, until 9:30 p.m. (closing). Difficult to have a life outside of work because of scheduling.

Pros

Flexible, pays great. Training is extensive, leadership is knowledgeable, plenty of encouragement to move up the ladder.

Cons

Lands' End seems somewhat like a sinking ship. It has had a hard time coming out of the shadow of the failures of its ex parent company, Sears Holdings Corporation.
