Pros

Descent hourly salary, flexible scheduling

Cons

Management conveys contradictory advice, more about the numbers than customer service, pushes out higher paid veterans in favor of lesser paid trainees, changed software to avery cumbersome inefficient system. Going to the 29 work week model.
