Pros

Work from home and that’s pretty much it

Cons

I first loved this job when I first started and then I started working peak and could see this is not the job for me , the customers can be so vicious and needy and downright rude but what’s even worse is when having to reach out to customer service and sales assist line it’s sickening how rude and nasty they can be .. we are supposed to be on the same team and they literally talk to you like dirt on the ground , they don’t care if you new and just learning , they are so rude !! And even some of the store reps that call in can be very rude and impatient, everyone was new at one point and no one is perfect …and they either let them eavesdrop on calls but they have someone who gets to literally do nothing but eavesdrop on calls and it’s annoying like what are you lookin for !? This Job was not for me and I’m glad I’m gone !

Pros

Very kind and helpful trainers and leaders, flexible part time hours, work at home, open 7 days for best flexibility

Cons

Horribly outdated and cumbersome systems that involve too many steps (increases call time), tech issues due to outdated tech, not enough choice in hours (we should be able to request half shifts on our availability calendar), this is more cistomer service than sales which was false advertising for the role. Returns, etc. should go to customer service NOT seasonal sales. Very strange practice given they have CS. (The role would be fantastic if it were truly just sales.) Pay is low. Similar roles at competitors pay several more dollars per hour. Training was NOT long enough. Some CS staff gets annoyed when we call them even though we trasfer what we were trained to transfer.
