Pros

The people are fun and friendly. They do not hesitate to help you out when you are new and still learning how to work things around.

Cons

Short break times and the lunch room is far, walking towards it takes up at least 5 minutes of your break time which is already too short.

Pros

The pay was good and they have a nice workout facility

Cons

The people that work here are mostly from Dodgeville and are not very accepting of people from out of town. The culture is negative because everyone is so upset that it hasn’t been the same since Sears bought them.
