Pros

The sky is the limit with income potential as long as you are willing to put in a LOT of effort and time and are not dissuaded by multiple "nos" in sales. I have been working for Landstar for nearly 3 years and my second year i grossed $48,900 ... and in this part of AR that is an awesome salary for non-professionals.

Cons

Anything can happen ... and does... Contract didctates that you cannot work in a similar capacity for 10 years after working if you quit. Management can be harsh and the training is ... marginal at best. Like many jobs.. there is training and then there is real life.
