Landstar is very focused on employee retention. They will do their best to ensure an employee can do their job well. They offer excellent security and a nice work environment.

Cons

less competitive pay scale then others. Slower to accrue vacation.

The Training and Skills I got form my peers was pretty good. I met a lot of good people - colleagues and clients. It was good. The remarks are only relevant to the LJTSI agency

Cons

Everything else is horrible. I am struggling to find positive things about it. Everything there is sell, sell, sell. But then the equipment would fail (almost every week) and they expect you to use your cellphone to make sales calls.
