      the time goes by fast each shift

      nobody covers your lunch breaks leaving you to come back to angry calls and emails from clients, constantly overwhelmingly busy, being spoken to rudely by drivers and clients all day

      Pros

      You are compensated well if you learn their system and where not to go to get good paying freight minus the deadhead.

      Cons

      There is a communication gap somewhere between orientation and the cancellation of your lease. Many agents post the same loads which are from a 3pl which creates a problem as the loads all have different rates.
