I observe much frustration over the company's lack of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving. In addition our team feels like they are constantly being watched or that every small task requires approval or detailed instructions from higher-ups. This lack of independence has hindered creativity and innovation, leading to stagnation in the workplace.
