      Pros

      Very good company to work for. As long as you know and follow the rules/laws you will get along well. Be courteous and professional with them and they will be the same with you.

      Cons

      There are sometimes a lot of layers you will have to work through to get your questions answered. Not always a one phone call fix.

      Internet sales tools Ability to join a bid process due to the fleet size of Landsatr.

      Cons

      Independent companies within corporation - as strong a the owners personality. 1200 sales agents in the U.S. - this is super saturation in the marketplace limiting the amount of accounts available. Poor payment procedures.

      Pros

      I know my job will be there tomorrow, great security. The management I've worked under have been flexible for family needs. Employees are like family.

      Cons

      Salaries are low for the industry. Hard to move up because there's a lot of fish in the bowl, but there is still opportunity.
