At this point none that I can't think of.

Cons

Below market pay. Little to no annual raises. No work life balance. No maternity leave. Insurance is on the cheaper end but doesn't cover a lot of things. Constant scrutiny with little to no communication or direction from management. They are becoming every meme or reel you see online about a toxic workplace.
