Benefits are fairly decent with about 3 weeks paid time off per year

Cons

Limited to no mobility for upward transition, even with amazing performance. Raises are 3% or less and you must be there one full year before obtaining it. Raises are also not guaranteed and most likely will not occur even with increased profits and company performance.
