      Company is great outside of the Audit Department

      Management is fairly unresponsive from a training perspective and expects all audit work to be administered/completed using prior audits work, including work completed by auditors that was, according to Audit management, incomplete and incorrect. Audit management on prior auditor work is maintained on company drives that are available for all of audit and accounting to see.
