They didn't pay bills or vendors at a reasonable rate. Often times leading to me not being able to get supplies to turn units. Then they would complain about units not being ready. It kind of hard to paint an apartment when none of the suppliers will work with you. Upper management has a large blind spot to bad area managers causing high turnover at the property level.
