      Pros

      Langan has lots of resources and a decent in office culture. Recent private equity and structure change has not had a big day to day impact yet. Diverse staff and lots of people to learn from, if you get the chance to be in the office to actually talk with them.

      Cons

      Getting parked at uninteresting jobs with no rotation with other staff. Would be nice to get more in office work, to be able to interact with coworkers more.
