With so few employees Langham gives people the chance to move around a lot within the company and room to really grow into better positions

Cons

Each employee is expected to do the work for 2 or 3 employees and the hours are incredibly long

Pros

- Great Salary even for waiter position - upper class atmosphere - able to dine in the restaurant with 50% off - Staff room rates to stay in their hotels all around the world including 3 free nights - automatic gratuity which means LOTS of extra money on paycheck - got to meet many celebrities - met some of the best people I have ever worked with

Cons

- Organisation within the company was a bit of a let down for such a huge business - Managers based judgment on favorites and too much power to make your life very hard by over scheduling, we were all on salary so the manager could just schedule an employee they wanted to punish 15 days in a row or never give them a weekend off etc. - Staff Canteen had horrible food - only one break provided per day - departmental training was poor
