Pros

Every week you will get a bonus Green time is beautiful You won't have a team manager next to you bothering all time Available schedules. Work from home You don't have to visit the site never. They help you with the internet bill.

Cons

If they have something personal agains you, you will not get some bonuses. The queue is broken, probably you will get one call after another while your coworkers have 20 min of green. Every request, instead of asking a SUP for it, you have to open a case online. You have to use your personal cellphone and buy an adaptor which uses headset and the charger at the same time. You have to invest in that. There is a test whcih you have to pass to get the job, if you don't pass it the first time, you can do it again.
