Comes with a Lot of benefits! You get 12 Credits waved, so if you are also going to school, or just feeling like taking a class it will be free. Health insurance comes later and you get a contract upgrade only after 9 semesters of work People are extremely friendly, and the pay increases every year It was a great experience

Cons

The paperwork is a killer. If you get a lot of students, expect to spend, 1 to 2 hours on the paperwork. It's mainly grant funded so we have to make sure we have a lot of data to keep the program going
