      Pros

      Lantech feels like a family and you are treated with respect and dignity. I truly feel valued and wanted at work.

      Cons

      We have a lot of meetings. Sometimes we have meetings about other meetings. In the grand scheme of things, this is a small issue but it can get in the way of progress at times.
