      Some bad apples in the office, staff over whelmed with orders for parts due to staffing shortages. Company can retain good people.

      Pros

      Most people are super friendly and easy to work with. There's a lot of people who have worked here many years, so people care about the business and doing a good job. You generally only have to work 40 hours though some extra can be required if a situation arises.

      Cons

      For office workers, there's not much room for growth since this is a smaller company with a limited leadership ladder. Generally movement opportunities seem more lateral.
